Refund Policy
Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. Who processes refunds
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for every emitforge order and processes all refunds. We approve a refund; Paddle executes it. See Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
This distinction matters in practice: the money returns to you through Paddle, to the payment method you used, and Paddle's records are the ones that govern the transaction.
2. Our guarantee
30 days, first payment, no explanation required. If the Service does not do what our website says it does — or simply does not fit your case — write to us within 30 days of your first payment and we approve the refund.
Paddle's standard discretionary window is 14 days. We offer 30 because a developer should be able to put a service into a real workflow before deciding, and 14 days is often not enough for that. This guarantee is offered by us, in addition to whatever rights you already have.
3. How to ask
Either route works:
- Write to contato@fluxium.pro with the email address you used at checkout. We reply within one business day.
- Or contact Paddle directly at help@paddle.com.
You do not need to explain yourself, and you do not need to have stopped using the Service.
4. Renewals
Renewal charges are treated differently from the first payment, and we would rather write the rule down than argue about it later:
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| First payment on any plan | Fully refundable within 30 days |
| Monthly renewal, with no renders used in the new period | Fully refundable within 7 days of the charge |
| Monthly renewal, with the period already in use | Not refundable; cancel and access runs to the end of the period |
| Annual renewal, within 14 days and with minimal use | Refundable, less any usage already made |
| Annual plan, cancelled mid-year | Not automatically refunded; write to us and we will look at it case by case |
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not by itself refund a charge already made.
5. Consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the UK
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of your purchase. That right is granted and administered by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for your transaction — see Paddle's Buyer Terms. Nothing in this policy limits that right, and our 30-day guarantee is offered in addition to it, never instead of it.
6. What is not covered
- Overage already consumed and invoiced beyond a plan's allowance.
- Past periods that were used normally and are outside the windows above.
- Accounts terminated by us for breach of the acceptable use rules in our Terms.
None of this limits any right you have by law.
7. How long it takes
Once approved, refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 14 days. The time it then takes to appear on a statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
8. Before you file a chargeback
Please write to us first. A refund by request is faster than a chargeback and costs everyone less trouble.
If you do open a chargeback, be aware that account access is suspended while the dispute is investigated, and that the dispute is handled by Paddle rather than by us. We would rather just refund you.
